Do you do a Year End review? If you don’t, this is me asking you to start doing it. Because seriously, it is powerful AND FUN to reflect on everything that you created, accomplished or survived in the past year.

This past week, I finished my 2020 review, and today I want to share with you the exact process I used to do it—along with a few highlights. In this episode, I’m reviewing what I learned using my Getting Shit Done process, an amazing study I found that corroborates my obsession with the Future Self tool, and the new tool of practicing intentional feelings. These tools helped me launch a successful coaching business (before I was even certified!), start a podcast, write a book, and coach my freaking face off this year. All while getting certified in coach school! So you do NOT want to miss this episode.

Here’s the kicker y’all: I’m not a special unicorn. If you want to do big amazing things with you life, YOU CAN. All you need is a brain and the right tools. So tune in and let’s make shit happen in 2021.
