Today we are talking all about accountability. So often I hear my students wanting an accountability partner for whatever it is they are trying to achieve for their life. This may be consistently going to the gym or making sure both parties are reading every day.

Accountability partners are not what I teach my students to rely on. What were to happen if that person starts making up reasons they cannot go to the gym with you? I have the answer for you. Your primitive puppy brain is going to make up reasons why you shouldn't go without your friend.

By holding yourself accountable on your own you are going to start to see the results you want in your life. You are already accountable to so many things in your life, your boss, your partner, your family. It's time to start being accountable to yourself as well.
