I used to feel this every day, so I know how painful it feels to be thinking this day in and day out.

In this episode, I want to teach you how to drop all of that and build your confidence.

Your brain does NOT produce self-confidence naturally. Self-confidence is a skill that takes consistent practice + discipline.
