I’m a CEO, founder, and builder of the unthinkable. I turn bold, high-stakes visions for companies and humans, into real results.
With over two decades as an entrepreneur, fractional executive marketer, and strategic advisor to iconic brands such as Google, Palo Alto Networks, Splunk/Cisco, and others, I’ve built company wide Executive Customer Engagement platforms that shape markets, accelerate billions in pipeline, and spark boardroom conversations that change company trajectories. One of my super powers is helping cybersecurity brands turn CISO relationships into category leadership. In 2025, I co-founded the Society of Executive Engagement Leaders (SEEL) to elevate this discipline with shared standards that drive outcomes boards care about.
I’ve worked with over 1,000 CEOs, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, CIOs and CISOs in the tech industry, and Global 2000 to unlock over $2B in revenue, by helping them be relevant to the executives in their strategic accounts.
And in 2019, I hit one of my personal low points in life. My biggest 3 year client contract ended. My best friend aka my “sister” and her family moved away. I had massive external success, but inside, I felt empty, hopeless, and sad.
Decades of therapy hadn’t built the inner “Operating System” I needed to lead my business and life with sustainable confidence and joy.
So I rebuilt my identity using methodologies in neuroscience. I did the healing, rewired my beliefs, and trained at the highest levels of cognitive behavioral coaching. I turned my greatest personal breakdown into the foundation of my next bold mission: helping ambitious leaders create their vision for their work and life.
Today, I do two things. Both drive powerful results:

I also host the Rock Your Brain. Rock Your Life podcast, and authored the book of the same name. My work fuses executive strategy with deep mindset mastery so you can perform at your highest level, and love the life you’re building.
I’m certified by The Life Coach School, a proud member of Entrepreneurs Organization, and bring a global perspective from my roots in Bath, England and Kingston, Jamaica. San Francisco is now home, where I live with my pup, Marley (yes, that Marley!).
