Last week I covered the topic that's been holding you back at work: the pandemic. This week, for Pt 2 of our four week series, I want to talk to you about what's ACTUALLY causing your stress at work.  I want to help you see what’s really going on.

On this week’s podcast we will talk about the two traps I'm seeing you all fall into: Frequent Flyers and the Manual. Your Frequent Flyer is that sneaky recurring thought that's telling you to do more/be more/work harder in order to keep you safe with approval. And your Manual is exactly what sounds like: an instruction guide on how YOU or OTHER PEOPLE should behave so that you don't have to feel stressed.
