SHOW NOTES

I've been coaching a lot of clients this week who are really struggling to feel at peace in their lives, especially with the worldʻs challenging circumstances in the financial services industry, and layoffs in tech.

So this week we are diving into the nitty-gritty on how to say goodbye to anxiety, self-doubt, and stress.

I want you to practice feeling peaceful in your body, feeling powerful around what you do have control over, and feeling proud of how you're showing up for yourself in this incredible human experience.

Your brain is wired to do the easiest thing humanly possible to protect itself. I will walk you through a visualization exercise to demonstrate that the “Next” thing is not going to give you what you so desperately crave.

You may be thinking, “I’ll feel less anxiety when I get this promotion.” Or, “I will feel peaceful as soon as I find the right romantic partner.”

Spoiler alert: None of these external factors will contribute to your inner peace.

It is up to us to get to a state of being where we are peaceful, powerful, and proud.

Tune into todayʻs podcast to learn how.
