SHOW NOTES

15 years ago, I was a complete words of affirmation addict. I felt like I could only be happy when someone was praising me. The problem was, it never lasted. As soon as the initial hit of dopamine wore off, I would realize I still felt stuck. It sucked. I couldn't figure out what was going on. Sound familiar?

Looking back now, I know that the problem was I was NOT sitting in my Power Seat. It took me over a decade to figure out how to get there, and five more to figure out how to teach this concept to others. If you have been feeling shitty and stuck, then this episode is absolutely for you.

Join me this week to talk about my FAVORITE concept: your Power Seat. Getting in your Power Seat does not have to be as hard or complicated as it seems--and I promise it's definitely easier than trying to crowd-source approval from people around you. In this episode, I'm sharing what your Power Seat is, the two things you need to do to get there, and a short brain exercise to get you started!
