SHOW NOTES

In the last two podcasts, we’ve talked about other people’s thoughts and getting in your power seat. This week, I want to talk about the third component in this trifecta:

Staying in Your Swim Lane.

Your Swim Lane is a concept I came up with where you develop the skill of accepting other people’s behavior (not condoning it!) in order to reclaim your power and invest energy into YOUR LIFE.

Your swim lane is where you decide how you want to operate and live even if others around you wont change. You Decide what you want your life to look like. Your own goals and dreams. Visualize the lines of rope you see in a pool that create the swim lanes. Your mission is to stay in that lane!

Tune in this week to discuss the cost of not staying in your swim lane, and learn the best questions to ask yourself to get back on track. Remember y’all, this is all an INSIDE job. Decide it's time to feel 100% worthy of a life you love. Decide it is time to start believing in YOU and your Insane Swim Lane.
