Today weʻre talking about what happens when you donʻt feel like you have any control at work. So often we go through life thinking weʻre at the whim of other people and things: your boss, your team, even your workload. When we feel this way, we inadvertently add to the belief that we arenʻt in charge of what happens to us- that life happens TO us.

But it doesnʻt have to be this way. In fact, a lot of the work that I do with my clients is getting them to shift to a place of feeling in charge and in control of their feelings and behaviors. Itʻs possible for you to do this regardless of the circumstances surrounding you.
