SHOW NOTES

One of the most effective tools to get your brain working is to ask it a question. And today I want to introduce you to one of my favorite thought work questions: "What do you agree to?"

What do you agree to can be applied to any story you have about yourself: your past, your present or your future. So if you find yourself often replaying stories of trauma that affect how you feel now....try using this tool.

By uncovering those old limiting beliefs, you get the chance to decide on purpose if they're serving you, if you want to keep them, and what new belief you might want to change them to. But there are a few things I want you to watch out for: scarcity thinking, hustling for your worthiness, and the judgement/shame attack.

Tune in this week to learn how to avoid those thought errors and instead, get straight into your power seat!
