It's that time of year! 2021 is upon us, and so is the craziness of New Years resolutions. I don't know about you, but I don't love the "resolutions" craze—if you want to do something, today is just as good a time to start as January 1st. But this year, I want to offer you a challenge: do the unthinkable in 2021.

Instead of that same old list of small goals, why not choose a HUGE goal that you REALLY want....and then make it a reality? This approach is amazing because not only does it force you practice constraint and manage your mind around overwhelm, it gets you to actually WANT something.

When you have too many goals, it's unlikely that you really care about them enough to achieve them. It feels shitty and doesn't add value to your life. When you choose one goal and blow your mind achieving it? It feels AMAZING, and the strategic by-products level up your entire life.
