The concept is that your THOUGHTS equal your RESULTS. This might seem oversimplified, but it’s true. If you plug your thought into my tool called The Framework, you will always see how your results either reflect your thought or create more evidence for it.
This concept is key to making that one big unthinkable goal you have a reality. Why? Because if you believe your thoughts that keep you paralyzed, you will keep yourself stuck. If you learn to find new and powerful bridging thoughts, and keep an eye out for those lying limiting beliefs, you’ll be able to take massive action this year…one baby step at a time!
