SHOW NOTES

Have you ever heard the phrase "stop shoulding on yourself"?

On the one hand...it's true! We need to stop trying to motivate ourselves with should thinking. It's just never going to work. Neuroscience tells us that words like “should” “must” and “have to” literally cause our body to tense with fear. Should is a DE-motivator my friends.

But other the other hand, how are we supposed to STOP should thinking when it's so engrained in our brains? That's what I want to tackle with today's short & sweet episode. Tune in this week to learn three simple steps to getting rid of should thinking for good.
