Last week I hosted the first Sarah Moody Coaching: Train Your Brain Workshop.

In this powerful 5-day training I got to teach women my most powerful tools. Throughout the week I watched them all gain a sense of confidence + calm.

One of the tools I taught on day 1 was to Borrow Belief. Essentially if they didn't believe in themselves to do the hard thing. I encouraged them to borrow belief from me because I believe they can do ANYTHING.

In today's episode, I'm sharing that same tool with you. This is the number one strategy I used when I was training my own brain 2 years ago. I was open to borrowing belief from my coach that I could do hard things.
